Val helped coordinate everything around my work schedule and made the process simple and stress-free. Megan, the nurse that came to my home, was absolutely amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend BrightStar Care to anyone in need of home health services!

From the top on down, they are a patient first organization. LeeAnn, my nurse, is amazing. She is so caring and skilled in what she does. I trust her 100% in what she is doing. I almost don’t know where to begin with my effusive love for this team! We found ourselves in an unexpected health crisis, and from the moment I spoke with Destry, I was able to breathe a little bit more easily. He, Valerie, and their entire team are exceptional! The level of care, the attention to detail, the amount of support, and the professionalism made something that was so scary initially become something that felt manageable. The staff are incredibly communicative and kind and the nurses are so sweet, knowledgable and compassionate. I highly recommend them for your care. They've made my IgG infusions way less scary and confusing for me!
