She and her team stepped in and took a huge burden off my shoulders, caring for a loved one who didn’t want home care but badly needed it. When this loved one had a medical emergency, Tan’s team was right there with her, staying beside her every step of the way and simultaneously keeping me apprised of every development. That communication was what I really appreciated (in addition to the attentive care). Not once did I have to reach out because Private Home Care was keeping me constantly in the loop.
