Home Instead

Home Instead has been an awesome partner in caring for my 90+ year old father with very significant needs. We started to migrate from having private caregivers to dealing exclusively with Home Instead in early 2025. They have done their job very well. We have high quality caregivers, we have immediate backup should any caregiver not be able to work a shift and we have a diverse pool of caregivers to pull from to try to find the best personal fit for my father. Overall we are very happy with Home Instead Palm Desert.

For the past 12 months, I have used “Home Instead” as a care-giver and have found them to provide excellent service and support. Home Instead took great care of my elderly father while we were displaced in Palm Desert from the Eaton Fire!!!!! The service from their staff was always efficient. They were so supportive and caring. My dad thrived during the 4 months of amazing care. We will be forever grateful to the caregivers, scheduler, and administrators. They helped me with my father, as I navigated all of the aftermath of the Fire.
