Home Instead was a great help to our aging mom after she hurt her back. They were able to schedule someone to help her with meals and daily activities, and give us peace of mind that her needs were met when we couldn’t be there. Their staff was always caring, understanding, and patient, and they were willing to do whatever she needed to be safe and comfortable. They even went above and beyond what we expected to take great care of her. We are very appreciative and would highly recommend their services.

I am posting on behalf of my father and his wife who used the Home Instead services for about 5 years. Their caretaker literally became like family and did a wonderful job meeting all of their needs while she was at their home. I would highly recommend the services of Home Instead, we always had a great experience with the care, the scheduling and the billing process while we used their services. My dad used them in Dunn and when he moved to another city I wish I could have continued to use their services but it was too far away.

My stepmother (79) was in need of help with daily routine at home and Home Instead provided just what she needed. The staff there takes the process of finding the right caregiver for each client seriously. Her caregiver has been reliable and trustworthy and even became a friend. a great match!
