Consumer Direct Care Network Nevada
Consumer Direct Care Network Nevada
Consumer Direct Care Network Nevada is a homecare agency serving Reno, Nevada and surrounding areas. Homecare agencies provide non-medical personal care services that allow individuals to remain safely in their homes while receiving assistance with daily activities.
Services provided by homecare agencies typically include personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming), companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation to appointments, and respite care for family caregivers.
In Nevada, homecare agencies are typically regulated by the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health and generally must maintain a Home Care Agency License or Referral Agency Permit. Nevada requires licensure or permit depending on business model.
Payment Options: In Nevada, Medicaid may help pay for homecare services through programs like Home and Community Based Waiver for the Frail Elderly. These Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers help eligible individuals receive care at home instead of in an institutional setting. Contact Nevada Division of Health Care Financing and Policy or visit https://dhcfp.nv.gov/ to learn about eligibility and how to apply.
When selecting a homecare agency, consider factors such as caregiver screening procedures, training requirements, supervision practices, and the agency's responsiveness to client needs and concerns. Visit Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health for more information about homecare services in Nevada.
Licensing requirements and regulations may change. We recommend verifying current requirements directly with your state's licensing agency.

Terrible service. My partner’s caregiver made unauthorized purchases on her credit card and then lost the card. I contacted the agency twice and they said they would call me back and never did. We now have to replace the caregiver and the agency.
I love them in Nevada I made my fincee my care giver they’re working with us and we love thank you so much for taking her and letting her be my care giver my health won’t let me do anything on my own much anymore
Your website and your app are the worst I’ve ever used absolutely terrible I can’t believe that you can’t verify who you are after you give your Social Security after you give your address your phone number your name it’s so ridiculous. It’s unbelievable and then the chat you’re talking to a machine that gives you one option.
I have second stage multiple sclerosis. I'm the one that needs the help, none of my friends want to go through an agency, because the pay is only $12 an hour. I'm not sure how good this one is but it's been quite a while. Actually the truth is most good caregivers prefer private pay, they really want to help, I do understand money is just as important to them as it is to me. I would pay something out of pocket, especially that if it shares that Medicaid would pay the other portion but if it's out of pocket I would prefer to get reimbursed it would be pretty difficult being on a fixed disability income. I guess typical Nevada and Nevada Medicaid doesn't quite get it! I wish they would pay attention, to individual needs and not statistics. it said that Nevada Medicaid prefers to live in the past and not pay attention to the present. did I quite think that it was the wrong time to get multiple sclerosis? shame shame on the system that puts me thinking in that position. I wish they would help the right way for individual needs and they can do it, instead of wasting on those that prefer to take advantage of federal help.
Terrible service!!! Consume Direct does not have the appropriate or trained people to take care of your loved one or your own. Do not trust them; the staff they hire is very irresponsible and they don't even know it. 0% recommendable. We recently had a very bad experience with two caregivers 👎🏻
