Home Instead

We recently hired Home Instead in Reno, NV to assist with care of our brother. They have arrived on time and when they said they would, Socorro Galaviz jumped right in with house cleaning that needed done as well as care. When he had a medical event Edith Wright handled the situation professionally and got medical help to his house quickly and Allan Ward has kept us in the loop of everything they have done along with updates as to our brother's health during the medical emergency. Overall, we have been happy with their service in the short time we have been involved with them.

A great experience during a difficult time. Allan was a tremendous resource and a superb advocate for my stepdad as we moved back and forth between the hospital and rehab and hospice. His knowledge and recommendations were well-informed and very helpful. The caregivers were also great, helping friends and family cope with the increasing needs. Highly recommended.

Home Instead Reno, NV are wonderful! The management of schedules, billing and most of all training of caregivers is outstanding. The caregivers are very attentive and have helped my parents manage to stay in their own home. My parents get help when needed with meals, bathing, physical therapy and medicine reminders, and grocery shopping. In addition, I have been able to monitor daily routines using Home Instead's online portal and also have hassle free billing. Thank you, Home Instead, for my comfort of knowing that my parents are getting good quality care, but also are allowed to maintain their independence.

My experience with Home instead for my Mom has been fantastic. I lost my Father while I was in Afghanistan and had to fly back and figure out how I was going to care for my mom. I had read previous favorable review on Home Instead so I chose them. They were upfront with everything including pricing and policies. Home Instead was crucial in helping my mom manage her medications and keep track of her many doctors appointments. When she went into the hospital they came to visit her. They have worked with me and my family to cover down on whatever needs came up. We are moving to Dallas and will be using Home Instead there as well, hoping that our experience will be as good there as it has been in Reno.
