We signed my grandmother up with Coast Care hoping for reliable support. Instead, we were first assigned Nadine, who unfortunately did not meet my grandmother's needs — she didn't have a vehicle to take her to doctor's appointments or run errands, which was critical for my grandmother's situation. Despite offering minimal support, Nadine was being paid $38/hrl Through multiple family friends, we heard glowing reviews about a caregiver named Chanel, who had previously cared for their loved ones. They all praised her kindness, professionalism, and how deeply she cared for her clients — so we requested her. At the time, Chanel was working standby shifts at $22/hr, but when she agreed to take on my grandmother's care, Coast Care dropped her rate to $17.50/hr. Despite having every reason to walk away, Chanel selflessly accepted the pay cut because she genuinely cares — not just about the job, but about people. She has a family to support, and still put my grandmother's needs first. It's incredibly unfair that Coast Care overpaid a less capable caregiver and underpaid someone as dedicated and exceptional as Chanel. This company clearly undervalues its best workers and misleads families about coverage. Chanel deserves to be recognized and paid according to the quality of care she provides. Families deserve transparency and fairness.

There are not enough words to say about this company and their staff. Finding caregivers for your loved ones is not an easy task. But Nubia from Coast Care does just that, along with all of their other staff members. The providers they have given us are kind, caring, and professional. They help our loved one feel safe, secure, and cared for as if we have known them for awhile.

Several years ago, my family and I hired Coast Care Partners to care for our ailing father. One of the caregivers stood out immediately, her name was Claudia. She was by far a shining light in this difficult time for our family. Claudia was extremely bright, personable and caring. We all loved her and my father grew to depend on her and was comforted by her gentle demeanor. She was a blessing to our whole family. Coast Care and their whole team was most helpful to us at this difficult time. We can comfortably recommend this company.

Coast Care Home Care was really there for us when my Grandmother came home from a 5 day stay at the hospital. They helped us take care of her needs as she had become bedridden and their assistance meant everything to our family. They were kind, gentle, caring, and communicative with each and every one of us. We are so grateful for their services and how they go above and beyond to give their clients the best quality care possible.
