I send a lot of referrals to J&M for my patients, it’s always a wonderful experience working with them. Sophia and Isabella have been so helpful! The communication is always super fast and they are always willing to go above and beyond, even if I just have a quick question. Recently, I emailed Isabella regarding a patient not knowing she was on vacation and she STILL responded. Customer service is definitely a top priority!

Mary Nguyen was an exceptional caregiver. She handled my postcare for meniscus knee surgery . She helped with ice machine set up, compression therapy devices, medication and meal prep. She was a good listener, assertive and knowledgeable. She was professional and personable.

Can't say enough good things about J&M Homecare Services! From the first phone call, I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire team. They are thorough and thoughtful.
