Prestige is the third, and by far, the best home health provider we have used. There is no comparison in terms of quality of care, reliability and communication. With a family member needing continuous care, we required regular, dependable caregivers in order to avoid the steady turnover of help, as experienced with other agencies. Kim and Kerrie assembled a small core of experienced, knowledgeable caregivers on whom we can depend, who are familiar with the care plan and know their client's needs and routine. Prestige actually knows the caregivers they employ and have vetted them carefully, unlike other agencies who place caregivers they have never met with their clients. Kerrie and Kim are easily accessible and return phone calls and emails promptly. They call periodically for updates, to make sure the client's needs are taken care of and that the family is satisfied. In the very few instances where there was an issue to be resolved, it was addressed immediately and resolved to everyone's satisfaction. It has been a comfort and a relief to know that we can count on Kim to offer assistance with the medical issues and Kerrie to deal promptly with any scheduling issues. I can honestly say that my family is now breathing a bit easier since we entrusted the care of our loved one to Prestige.

Prestige Care Services, LLC took excellent care of my parents when my parents were both going through a very difficult time. Just a short while ago, my mother had a stroke and fell and broke her pelvis and wrist. At the same time, my father had colon cancer and had to have radiation treatments. They were both in need of assistance but they were not ready to leave their home. My sister, brother & I took turns taking care of them but could not be with them full-time. That is when Prestige Care came in to assist. First, my sister & I spoke with one of the owners of the company, Ms. K. Thacker, the business manager. From her explanations of her business and the benefits that the company offered, we were convinced that this was/is a good company to work with. Ms. Thacker set up an appointment for us for a home evaluation. She scheduled the other owner, Ms. K. Fereze, (who is a registered nurse) to my parent's house and did a thorough evaluation of each of my parents. Ms. Fereze explained what her Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants (HHA/CNA) could offer my parents and us. She explained every piece of paper we were to sign and gave us excellent contact information if we had questions or needed her. Ms. Fereze then set up a schedule to ensure that my parents received the very best of care. Once our account was established, Ms. Thacker scheduled certified HHA /CNAs to care for my parents. Ms. Thacker's excellent communication and organizational skills kept a good caregiver at my parents house for the scheduled times that we needed them. The HHA/CNAs that attended my parents were always on time and attentive to my parents. Their duties included bathing and dressing my mother (as needed), fixing lunch, encouraging appropriate exercise, doing light housekeeping and informing my parents when it was time for them to take their pills. If the HHA/CNA needed advice, Ms. Fereze was always available to them. Ms. Fereze visited my parents at least once a month just to make sure of their care and satisfaction. An example of this companies efficiency; the HHA/CNA called Ms. Fereze when my mother's blood pressure dropped to very low blood pressure. Ms. Fereze called an ambulance and then contacted me because she feared another stroke. In this case, she was quite correct. I feel strongly that their quick reaction saved my mother's life. My family and I highly recommend Prestige Care Services, LLC to anyone who may need assistance with loved ones who are in crisis or need full time or part time care for an indefinite amount of time. The company is dependable and always available for questions and/or concerns. I am grateful that we were able to use their services in our time of need.
