Comfort at Home Homecare

This is a very rude, unprofessional agency. This home care agency also has an issue with Spanish speakers, and other ethnic minorities. They canceled my account with them without my knowledge, After I complained about them. Sending random caregivers to my apartment at night without me, meeting the caregivers prior to randomly showing up! And, If you could hear the way, they talked to me over the phone, Unbelievable!

Joanne came to assess my relatives for in home care. I felt like she was an ally to me in a hostile situation. Her kindness and patience with my relatives was exemplary. Her tone never wavered from sympathetic and helpful. I was unable to convince my relatives that this service is necessary at this time but will circle back when it is the right time for them.

After I had my right shoulder replaced, I used the services of this home health care agency. The aides helped me take a shower and did some much-needed cleaning. They were all excellent; hardworking, resourceful and pleasant. I've had many joint replacements in the last 20 years and it was nice to spare my friends from having to take care of me. I highly recommend Right at Home.

I refer to the Seattle Right at Home branch often when working with clients needing in-home care. I speak to Ben directly every time and he is always able to staff shifts quickly. Our clients are very happy with the care, and their caregivers are consistent with their visits.

I am writing to send comments about our two caregivers. We have Ashleigh on Mondays. She is very engaging and solicitous of our wishes and well being.She performs her regular tasks which always include laundry, meal prep, garbage out, humidifier monitoring and filling. Other tasks she does willing upon request. While doing tasks we appreciate that she lets us know if ingredients need reordering, asks if uncertain about directions or asks is we agree with a particular plan of action. Besides we are always entertained and well-cared for She instills confidence in us! We enjoy her! Wednesdays And Fridays Linda cares for us. As usual she attends to and completely cleans the dual humidifiers and fills them. She also on Wednesdays, washes floors and prepares food for that day and upcoming days. She makes extras for us ( I.e dressings and sweet and sour sauce) for us to have. They are special to accommodate our many many allergies, lactose intolerance and Celiac. She uses our book of recipes and is solicitous to make sure they are prepared safely for us.. On Fridays, she does laundry in addition. We ask other tasks as need arises which she carries out willingly! AND she always fills any spare minutes by asking what else she could do! She is very engaging and visits with us easily. We enjoy having her care for us!! We enjoy both ladies caring for us!! Thanks to them and Right at Home! Good luck!! Erma Snook
