We had a really great experience with Home Instead in Seattle this winter. My mom was sick and we needed extra help around the house to keep up with everything. I called and spoke with Kevin, a wonderful person who was able to do a home visit the next day and get us started on services within about a week. We had several different care takers and they were all very kind and professional and did outstanding work.

We visited Seattle for 3 days and 2 nights and I needed personal care as I am a quadriplegic. We received excellent service by the 2 health care workers we had. They were top notch--reliable and smart. It made our stay in Seattle extremely pleasant. In addition, the client care supervisor, Nidhi, was very, very helpful. All our needs were taken care off. If you are visiting Seattle or live in the area, I would highly rate this company based on the care I received during the 3 days we were there. It took a lot of pressure off my wife and thus, she was able to relax. AV

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife. When interviewing home care options, Nidhi Lama, the care coordinator, gave a presentation to us that stood out. We were impressed by her strong communication skills, her apparent organization and her friendly and caring personality. Those attributes have come into play on a regular basis in our dealings with Nidhi, her colleague, Kevin, and with the office staff at Home Instead. In addition to that, we value the flexibility shown by everyone we have communicated with. The care worker who comes to our house on a regular basis has a work ethic and level of responsibility that are beyond our expectations. In addition, she is highly skilled at what she does and has a supportive personality. Regina quickly learned the systems we have in place and has used her expertise to suggest some changes. Aside from being beyond satisfied with our interactions with the Home Instead team, the business end of the organization has consistently run smoothly, especially with their system of billing. We highly recommend Home Instead to anyone requiring the services they provide.

Home Instead has been great! The admin team was responsive and professional. They found us two well trained, calm overnight caregivers for our medically complex family member - all on relatively short notice. This allowed me a much needed, worry-free break from caregiving. I highly recommend Home Instead and will be calling on them for future care needs.
