Each caregiver was kind, caring, and spent the time getting to know mom. They were great at making sure her needs were met. I need to add to my review! Mom and I were going to be in a real bind. It's Christmas week and I needed some extra help. I work in retail. This is a big week at my job. At the last minute Kim, in the office, was able to find extra caregivers. Wonderful caregivers. I am grateful and thankful for this wonderful organization 💕💕💕💕💕 Wow! Home Instead has been caring for my mom since May. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this business. The caregivers have all been so kind and helpful to Mom. I know she is very safe and well cared for when they are there. I am very happy with the office management too. I do not have to worry about a caregiver showing up for a shift. My calls are always answered or returned promptly. If I need extra care for mom on short notice they have been accommodating and flexible. It has been a pleasant surprise at a difficult time for our family. I am most grateful. I highly recommend Home Instead Toledo. Ten Stars!!!

Home Instead Senior Care allows clients to be cared for in a home setting, it allows clients who have needs that can’t do for themselves to allow caregivers to come in and take care of them. With care, love and compassion that the client should get. It also allows families to be and feel comfortable that their loved one is being well taken care for!

I used Home Instead for five months when I was waiting for my husband to get into a skilled living facility, and I was pleased with the admitting experience, the schedule, the administrators, and the caregivers. The aides were here on time, and if for any reason a caregiver couldn't fulfill her schedule, someone else from Home Instead was always here. I would recommend Home Instead services to anyone!
