Visiting Angels of West San Fernando Valley & Northeast Los Angeles

Recently, I and my family were most fortunate to having some of the most compassionate and competent caregivers for both my husband and my mother who both experienced debilitating illnesses during, what was a very difficult time for our family. I was able to observe how well the caregivers related to both individuals, met our expectations with regard to daily care provision. Staff followed directions well, made sure to ask appropriate questions, and provided written documentation noting events that occurred during each shift. I also was very grateful for the ease at which communication flowed. Both of our loved ones were comfortable with the caregivers provided by Visiting Angels and I/ we highly recommend them. In fact I already have recommended them to a friend.

Visiting Angels in Toluca took excellent care of my mother for over three years at her home. I have provided legal and accounting services to numerous hospices over many years and can state that Visiting Angels provided excellent care to my mom. Their office staff is very polite and ownership is local and very responsive. They have provided excellent caregivers and have supporting caregivers when a caregiver needs time off.

I have to say I am very happy with Visiting Angels. From the manager Marisela to the companions that have been sent to care for my mother. They were all very caring. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my mom in their care.

My mother has utilized the Toluca Lake Visiting Angels one day per week for over two years. Because she is no longer driving, having the caregiver drive her to the grocery store, her doctor, and other errands has enabled her to stay in her home. She has had different caregivers, and she has been happy with all of them. Recently she had a fall that necessitated having a caregiver every day. Marisela, the Client Care Manager, has been very responsive as my mother's needs have increased and did a wonderful job quickly arranging the additional schedule. Thanks to the service my mother has received, I've had peace of mind though I live across the country.
