My grandfather is currently in there hospice program, we have had nothing but top notch service. Some of the appointments my get pushed later in the day due to unforseen emergencies for other patients but they always call and update us about the new arrival time. Nothing but good things from them so far!

Elara does not care. A home health aide text me a rude message about her losing out on an hour pay as my mother's hospice aide was going to be arriving a half hour early. The aide chose to leave before the hospice aide had arrived so she lost an hour due to her own choice. I understand people count on their ours and we definitely could have worked something out. Until I received a phone call from my mother and the hospice aide stating that the elara aide confronted my mother and was very rude to her and told my mother she wasted her time. When I went to the office they acted concerned. With proof of the message they still allow this person to work. If this person can do this to my mother and text me as a family member god only knows what she can do to a patient that can't speak foe themselves. Melissa the manager is a joke. Elara not caring is horrible

These nurses are by far the best. I had a large wound that needed care and I truly don’t think I would have done as well as I did if not for them. Above and beyond care

Our hospice experience was very short, but the Jackson office response was wonderful. Our nurse was compassionate and so helpful to us. He made a terrible situation bearable. Our family member passed peacefully surrounded by love. We could not have gotten through this without your agency and our nurse. Thank you from the bottom if our hearts.

Elera Caring does NOT even deserve 1 star!!!!! My mother is home on hospice and they have been HORRIBLE! MOST of the nurses are rude and disrespectful, Emma especially!!!!! You would think you would have some good bedside manner for terminal cancer patients. They don't care. The nurse is supposed to check the oxygen tubing weekly. They went MONTHS without checking it. My mom had water in the tube, then she had to call for emergency help because the nurse didn't do her job. Most of the nurses had a condescending tone with my mom. They frequently changed and rescheduled visits. They only came once a week, how hard was that? We finally talked her into switching hospice companies, and Elera canceled EVERYTHING on Friday, before she got a chance to register for the new company, which was happening on Monday. Elera called the oxygen company and canceled that without my mother's knowledge. The oxygen company went to her house to turn off the oxygen and take the tanks. She will die without it. THANKFULLY Carelinc, the oxygen company, did NOT turn it off and take the tank, they were sympathetic and helped her. THEY even said that Elera Caring is a HORRIBLE company, and she will be MUCH happier with her new hospice company! PLEASE do NOT sign ANY loved ones up with Elera Caring!!!!!!
