Heritage Hospice

Heritage Home Health was in charge of my wife’s care after she broke her hip in October 2024. The care was exceptional with Brendon, Jordon, Bree Jess and Abi handling her assessments, O.T, P.T, and nursing visits. Her deteriorating health landed her on Hospice where the exceptional care continued with Renee, Britney, Dr Warnock, Lane and Hailee administering care for her until her passing at the end of September. Following her passing Kathy walked us through the steps and alternatives available for the handling of notifications and estate issues which needed to be taken care of. The people at Heritage are attentive caring compassionate and professional in all aspects of the care they administer. We are greatful for their efforts and would recommend them without hesitation.

It is amazing how much these guys truly become like family in such a short amount of time. My mom was sent home on hospice and during the admission phase, I had brought up having a living room impromtu wedding to my long time fiancé due to the circumstances. What little girl doesn't want her mom to be there for a huge moment in her life.. and I am not joking when I say that these girls not only were all for the idea of the first "hospice wedding".. they helped me plan, provided a cake, flowers (bouquet, flower crowns, and flowers for everyone involved to pin to their clothing), a stand in Chaplin, AND food for us on our special day. My mom was an ordained minister and had the words written out for when we were to be wed. Unfortunately God had a different plan. With their help, we were able to pull it off in less than a week, and my mom was able to be a part of sealing our long time bond. I will NEVER forget the kindness and care they gave us during one of the hardest, yet most meaningful time in our lives. I will forever be grateful. Heritage Home Health and Hospice went above and beyond, and have continued to do so by helping with the after life care. I feel like they came into my life when I did not want them there, and we gained some friendships I will cherish forever. A special thanks to Mandi, Annie, Patti, Chasity, and Emiliy for being there for our family for some of our most rawest and difficult moments. We appreciate the love and the support you gave us in the two short weeks my mom was on hospice, and everything thereafter. I 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. I used Heritage after my knee replacement in August. Everyone was very professional and caring. They were prompt and kept me well informed. I will choose them again when I get the other knee done.

The physician and staff at Heritage are amazing and so compassionate. They were so caring with my mom - she was finally able to relax and pass over in peace. We are extremely thankful for them.

Heritage Hospice and their After Care Program were wonderful to work with and did a terrific job of taking care of our Mother during her time of passing. Both Heritage Hospice and the After Care program continued to help our family with compassionate care even after her passing. Totally awsome people and programs.
