When given a choice, the vast majority of patients choose to spend their remaining time in their own home surrounded by loved ones rather than in a hospital. Pathway Hospice provides the palliative care and symptom management necessary to make that possible. Our goal is simple; to give patients the best possible care to ensure the absolute highest quality of life.

I was with a different hospice. My father's nurse left to go to another job. I called every location to find her and then moved to Pathway to keep our hospice nurse. Ms Beth took care of my Dad for over a year. It is the care she gave to my Dad and the support she gave me as well as his caretaker speaks volumes to her character and work ethic. Ms Beth takes the time to explain things, if she cannot answer right then she always sends a quick message that she would get back to me ASAP. I took care of my Dad by myself, no family support, no one, and no resources. My Dad passed away last week. Ms Beth showed up to be with me because she knew I had no one. She did not have to do that. That meant the world to me.
It makes a huge difference when someone is truly there for the patient. If you are fortunate enough to get Ms Beth as your nurse know you family member is in good hands. She will advocate for her patients. That is greatly appreciated.
Pathway Hospice is a wonderful hospice organization that is fully staffed, locally owned, and dedicated to personalized care and dignity for everyone in their care. Pathway Hospice is very hands on and engaged with their patients both in the home and in skilled nursing facilities. Your loved one will receive loving care and end of life dignity with Pathway.
We have been working with Pathway for several months now for my father in Memory Care. Dad has never looked better. Jose and Mike pay attention to the details with compassion. I can't imagine getting better care anywhere else. They have gone above and beyond. If anyone is considering - they have been a Godsend. I give them 10 stars!
It’s been over 2 1/2 years since my husband passed away and the experience was too upsetting for me to write my review until now. He was only on hospice care for 2 weeks, and all was fine until his last day, as he didn’t need any assistance. We needed equipment (had not needed it previously) and it took almost the entire day to get oxygen and a hospital bed. The company that brought them said they were not ordered “stat” so they would just arrive by the end of the day. My husband struggled to breathe all day, until the oxygen arrived, and he passed soon afterward. I completed the review they requested and also sent an email and there was no response. The 24 hour nurse that they sent was very caring and helpful (and not a Pathways employee). It was very traumatic to not have what was needed in a timely manner. We were advised how to give the medications ourselves, but thankfully the Pathways employee did offer to send the 24 hour nurse when we were concerned about our ability to handle it ourselves. Hopefully their process has improved since then.
Pathway is our preferred hospice. Their rep Kristina is awesome she is always so helpful and is always there when we need her. She’s great with families and making them feel comfortable when signing in to their services.
