As a nurse with 12 years of clinical experience I could not recommend this hospice care to anyone needing end of life care for a loved one. The case managers do not know the patinets well and I had difficulty speaking to nurses that were actully seeing my father. The nursing staff are not trained well to identify a person who is transitioning.

Terrible place. Showed up on 3rd. day after total knee replacement. Didn't do anything. Was suppose to be set up with home PT. Nobody showed up for 10 days except the nurse to remove staples. Cancelled service.Doing outpatient PT. They were called 4 times to send discharge summary copy to myself as well as the other PT facility. As of 7-5 still have not gotten copy of discharge summary. Would not recommend them.

We had Advantage Health as the home health provider for our mom, and the entire team we had was first rate. We had excellent people for nursing, PT, OT, and baths. Everyone was caring, professional, and kind to our mom and our family. If I ever had home health needs again, I would seek out this group.

We used Advantage Hospice for Hospice Care for my father. They were nothing but professional. They showed him respect and preserved his dignity. The staff really took an interest in him. They always responded with a call or visit within the hour. They put up with his grumpy moods and frequent phone calls. And during crisis care, they were there to support us and make sure he was as comfortable as possible. I cannot say enough about Elena, Paul, Daphne, Miriam, Gil, Charlene, Galina and the entire team. They were AMAZING. We have used hospice care in the past for other parents but this group exceeded any other company we worked with.
