She’s a true blessing for our town. Heather is highly educated and a skilled professional. I recently had a procedure that I was terrified of doing, but Heather did it with ease and it was pain free, backed it up with exray’s making sure everything jived. She’s an awesome addition to Seneca Healthcare, I’m glad she stayed in our little town.

Lori Koehler is a compassionate and knowledgeable provider who took the time to listen and hear my concerns. She offered a few different solutions which we discussed before jointly agreeing on a plan to move forward. I’m so glad I found such a strong and resourceful provider in our small town and recommend her to anyway seeking medical care!

The staff is super friendly and professional! I recommend this place to anyone who needs to get in to see a doctor. Will be using this place for all my children and myself for now on. Totally worth the commute from Susanville.

I am grateful to see the new changes. My family has seen many of the doctors now on staff. I would rate them all 10's. The entire clinic staff are a group of amazing professionals. There are just too many amazing employees in both the clinic and the hospital to list individually. I can not express my gratitude for the staff the fills both buildings.

Lori gave us excellent care on our first. She listened carefully to our concerns and asked lots of questions. I feel like we finally have found someone who will get to the bottom of my husband’s health issues. Her thoroughness was appreciated deeply.
