Home Health Aid (HHA) needed in Acton MA for a day shift.

Requirements · HHA certification · Valid C.N.A. license · Nursing Student · Personal Care Assistant · Supportive Home Care Aide certification is a plus · Patient care/caregiver experience preferred · Experience in the home healthcare or assisted living is a plus Job Description Assist clients at home with ADL's and personal care · Assist with bathing, mouth and hair care and transfers · Assist and encourage clients to follow prescribed exercise program, ROM and ambulation · Remind client to take prescribed medication · Plan, prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding · Maintain a clean and safe environment for client · Provide light housekeeping · Engage with client and provide companionship
