Personal Care Services – assists with:
Bath (shower, or bed).
Oral hygiene.
Grooming with care of hair.
Routine skin care/ lotion massage.
Positioning and turning of patients that cannot assist self- in bed and chair.
Toileting assist, incontinent care.
Dressing
Walking
Medication reminders for self-administered medications
Meal planning and preparation in accordance with complex and modified diets.
Feeding the client.
Linen change.
Laundry.
Light housekeeping.
Washing dishes.
Clean kitchen.
Dust & vacuum (only those rooms the client uses)
Must be at least 18 years old.
Prefer a current CPR certification.
Must be able to pass CDSS Criminal Record Check.
Must be registered with the CA Guardian Home Care Aide registry.
Valid CA Driver's License
