Description
CareGivers America, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN/LPN responsible for providing high-quality services to our home care private duty clients. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced pediatric RN or LPN to provide one-on-one care for a 5 year old girl. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing routine medical needs, including support with an insulin pump, and providing attentive, loving care throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assist with medical device management in collaboration with family guidance.
- Administer medications and provide general health support as needed.
- Observe and document health status, behaviors, and responses.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding care, concerns, and observations.
- Support daily routines, meals, play, and school readiness activities.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment at all times.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN or LPN with pediatric experience preferred.
- Comfortable working with children who have medical devices and specialized care needs.
- Strong observational skills and ability to follow care plans carefully.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification required; pediatric experience highly desirable.
