Starts of Care Assessments for new referral
Scheduled home care visits for patient receiving in home/personal care services and CNA/PCA supervision
PRN visits for patients receiving in home/personal care services
The position is a per visit/part time position with great flexibility and would provide RN services to patients in the Wake, Franklin and Durham county
