As I walked into the faciity I saw all the staff smiling, the place was clean, and the residents looked happy and well taken care of! These are the things that would be important to me if I had a family member that was staying here 🙏🏾 Well done HillTop Administration and staff 👍🏾

I have called 10 times this morning. I tried different extensions. I still was not able to speak to anyone. Very frustrating. Not a single person answered the phone. I tried receptionist, nursing, admissions, social work, etc.

Nobody ever answers the phone exce]t the receptionist. Nor do the return messages.  Nursing staff were famous for ignoring call bells,  and letting residents sit in excrement for extended periods of time.

The place is the worst! If you care about your loved ones please don’t let the go there. My family member was ignored. They forgot about him, his meals( and I use that term loosely)were always hours late, his meds were the same way. The light in the bathroom never worked. This place is a joke. Here is a photo of a typical meal, anyone care to guess what it is?? Nasty!!!

Wonderful staff, everyone works as a team. Residents are listened to, and concerns are followed up in a timely manner. The food is good, and the place is well kept by the housekeepers. Love this place!
