My elderly father stayed here for 3 months and received quality nursing care, social care, and physical / occupational therapy. The staff is superb and really cares about their patients. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming community and comfortable experience. Shoutout to My Nguyen and Cindy Lin for being my go-to POCs in getting the room logistics, discharge prep, and home care set up. As someone who lives 1.5 hours away from the facility and can only visit my dad on the weekends, I am very grateful to the staff for keeping an eye on him and encouraging him to socialize with other patients.
I love the skilled nursing facility. Ana the Marketing Coordinator has provided exemplary service to my mother. From the beginning, she has been courteous, friendly and attentive to my mother. She ensured my mother’s stay was as pleasant as possible. In addition, the receptionist Wendy is one of the friendliest people I have seen at a Skilled Nursing Facility. She always has a smile on her face no matter who she’s doing or negative situations encountered. Arcadia Care is a great place for a skilled nursing facility. I have been to over 10 of them and this facility is my top choice!
We really love this cate facility. The whole facility is SUPER CLEAN. The staff are very professional: The administration staff, nurses, sitters, help & cleaning crews, etc. My mom has all kinds of health problems. They tried their best to hand their hands on, contacted the doctors time to time to provide proper medications. It made the family worry FREE! My mom’s situation improved lots. Her face looks much better. We really appreciate all the employees there. We will recommend this facility to everyone we know.
My spouse is in a short term room and we require long term which are all full. The loving personal care exceeded my expectations. The staff love what they do. The facility is clean and professional. Unfortunately my spouse has dementia and sundowners. This facility is not equipped to handle combative behavior. Our doctor is currently adjusting the medications to control the agitation. Hopefully we can get the correct dosage and remain here longer. The atmosphere is comfortable and the grounds are lovely.
No idea who’s rating this a 5. Probably review farms. The facility is not nice at all. Generally pretty dirty and unclean. Walls painted in unmatched colors, door handles that are broken, etc. The care is low quality, patients wait 20-30+ min for care after calling for assistance, if you’re an elderly person with inconvenience issues you can see why this is unacceptable.
