I was out on hold on Wednesday for about five minutes and then all of a sudden sent to voicemail… I’m still waiting to hear any word back! I just want to make sure my grandma is doing ok because I got a feeling… would really appreciate a phone call back…
We did not know anything about Ashland Post Acute when we select it for my wife's rehabilitation following a case of pneumonia.
We now know it enough to give 5 stars:
The staff members are very competant and go above and beyond in patient care. The residents actually feel they are part of a "Family". There are many planned activities to engage both the residents and the staff. I'm happy to share this positive experience with others.

I have been a resident of Ashland Post acute for 6 weeks. I'm very thankful for how well I have been taken care of. The staff cooks for us, serves the food, they bathe us when we need it, they clothe us then wash our dirty clothes, they give us our medication, they entertain us. I could mention many other things. If you need them I recommend them highly.
My Dad is getting Rehab due to a total knee replacement. He has received great Nursing care with Christina & Jeff. PT care with Chip & Jill has been very helpful in getting him moving and convincing him to do so!
Wish I could give zero stars. They didn’t feed my Aunt breakfast or lunch, finally brought her supper. Then they didn’t bother telling any of us that she passed away the other day. When they finally did, they were completely nasty and insensitive about it. Picked up her belongings and several items are missing, including her wallet, with her personal identification, a keepsake dog tag from when my brother was killed in the Army, and a bracelet that was recently given to her by her sister. These places should be trusted to care for the residents, not treat them poorly, starve them, keep info from their families, treat their families terribly, and then steal from them. This is why places like this have such a bad name. Do better.
