The entire staff was very helpful getting me through the process of orientation to the rehab. The building is nicely decorated and the food has been great. You can eat alone or with others in your room or in the dining room. Many activities are available so you can be as busy as you want. If you need rehab, I highly recommend FutureCare at Northpoint.

My aunt has been at Future Care North Point for two years now and overall, we are very satisfied with her care. We have had a couple of situations, but the staff there are very quick to address any issues and work quickly to resolve them. The second floor nursing staff, are very conscientious and their supervisor, Megan is just wonderful! The activities staff are always trying to come up with new activities to engage the residents and they always decorate the lobby and dining room to fit the season or holiday! Just one of those simple joys for the residents to enjoy! ❤️ Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful and treat the residents with kindness. One of my only complaints (hence the 4 stars and not five) is the home being short staffed. Many times the wait can be very long for the residents to get changed and many times, the staff has blamed it on being short handed. I know it’s a tough job and the pay isn’t great, but it’s made tougher, when you’re understaffed. All in all, my aunt is well cared for there and that’s all we could want for her.

The staff at Future Care have been very professional and kind to my Dad. We especially want to acknowledge Tina…she was our first contact and has made our transition to this difficult part of life much more manageable. Her care and compassion is truly genuine. The world needs more people like her!

The rehabilitation team is definitely the best part of this facility. The kitchen needs to get some new recipes but the spaghetti and taco salad is wonderful. Some of the aids are awesome but the weekend aids leave a bitter taste in my mouth. The nurses are great, encouraging and comforting. The unit manager Jessica is "the hammer", she makes sure everyone is doing their job and if they're not, THE HAMMER comes down. I would highly recommend this facility over any other. I am glad to be a patient here.
