They tend to be negligent and slow from my observations and from my dad's account, very apathetic. Just today he asked for help going to the toilet and after 30 minutes, noone showed up; i guess they like changing diapers. On the brightside, he does look clean.
Truly a homelike atmosphere. Small, local caring facility with amazing staff that go above and beyond! They have a fishing pier that is utilized by residents and staff. They have amazing outings and events for their residents, staff and community.
Horrible place. Nursing staff would not let me talk to my dying mother. As a result I was not able to tell her Goodbye. Staff is very rude. If I had a choice I would not have used this horrible place. But my totally non caring sister and niece put her in there.
The staff are what makes this nursing/rehab place topnotch. Truly one of a kind. If you are looking for family style care for your self or loved one, You found it. From the nursing staff to the dietary staff they all treat you like family, its my mothers home away from home. I can't say enough about it. :)
Countryside cared for my mother and other family members. The staff is exceptional and cares so much for the residents.
