The staff members are extremely sweet and professional. This center really does go above my expectations. It's not often you find good centers anymore, and it's very reassuring to have one so close to home for my loved one in this time of need. Thanks North Star. You really are coming through for us. Keep up the good work 🙂❤️ much love to the staff and patients.
Beautiful home, very friendly staff. All my questions were answered promptly. Salina very approachable and friendly., she definitely made Northstar stand out from other nursing homes I have visited, I feel confident placing my family member here.
North Star is a small and great facility. Because it’s so small, I think everyone has better relationships with each resident. I was surprised how fast the admission process was and they handled everything directly with the case managers to take that stress off my shoulders. The nursing staff is very caring and welcoming. The administrator was very nice and knowledgeable. So far the food has been good too. Super stress relieved and thankful I made the right choice for my family.
We recently moved my brother to this facility after being in other facilities for the past 6 months. For the first time in 6 months he is happy here. The staff is phenomenal, ALL of them. They are friendly, extremely competent from a medical standpoint and they truly treat my brother like family. Oh! And the food! It is so good! He has not been eating and has gone from 180 pounds down to under 100 during the course of his illness. Now he sends me pictures of his meals and raves about how good the food is! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my brother! It has been a long rough journey for him and for the first time I can rest easy knowing he being well cared for! Bless you all!
North Star ranch is a great facility. When you walk in there’s no smell and everyone is so friendly. The admissions process is easy and smooth and SO QUICK. It’s a smaller and older facility but it feels so homey and cozy. The nursing staff is nice and welcoming. The food is so yummy! I’d forever trust my love ones here.
