My grandmother was here before she passed. This is hands down the worst rehab/long term care facility I've ever witnessed, and I work in healthcare as well. The staff especially, management here is awful. They don't care about their own employees, they're really cliquey, and just overall immature. They're all really cliquey like it's highschool or something. I know this place has a high turnover rate and now we can see why. The actual facilities however are even worse. I've never once seen any kind of house keeping, the rooms and halls look like something out of a 50s war movie. This place is so poorly kept, call lights hanging off the walls and everything. I feel sorry for anyone who's loved one had to come here, and even sorrier for a lot of the staff there is tons of power abuse. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau, there's no reason this facility should even be up and running and they're claiming to take care of patients?? No one could possibly get better in these conditions, I know because my grandmother didn't.

Great place! Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple rehab stays. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The therapy team is top notch. I recommend signature of BG to anyone needing a safe, supportive place to stay!

The best facility hands down! I am in there almost daily and it’s always very clean. The staff are the absolute best, always so friendly and willing to help with any and everything! This facility is truly one of a kind! It does my heart well knowing my mother is in such good and caring hands.

After three visits to Centenial Heart Hospital in Nashville and three visits to a local Bowling Green rehab hospital my medicare days ran out so i needed to go home or find someplace to go . I couldn’t go home, i wasn’t physically ready so we decided on Signature Healthcare Of Bowling Green . One of the best decisions I’ve ! Now, I’ve been in rehab 12 times over the past 20 years from knee replacements, COPD to heart problems So, this, the 13th time is a charm! My therapists Seth and Patrick understand my problem and we started working on them the first day. At our sit down meeting, i felt i had a team that finally understood my problems and made reachable goals to conquer them it and to get me home ! I have been here a week and am so pleased with both the PT and the OT programs here at Signature . Patrick and Seth are both consummate professionals but make getting well actually enjoyable . I have no idea how long i will be here but i know I’m in the right place!! In addition, the nurses and techs have all been wonderful. A huge shout out to Tiashia, the kitchen manager for keeping my crazy food allergies in check. By the way the food is varied and much better than other institutional food. If you have to be in rehab i urge you to strongly consider Signature Healthcare of Bowling Green.
