This was an awful mistake. My mom ended up dying here. Please thank twice before you put your loved one here. Dogs in shelters get more treatment and compassion than they give their residents. Biggest mistake of my life. A very costly one to I no longer have my mom because of this place.

Sent loved one home before they were ready, no post discharge instructions, no home health ordered. Never tested for UTI after advised they would. Terrible patient care practices. Loved one ended up in the ER just a couple of days after being discharged from this facility.

I cannot speak highly enough to honor this place and it’s caring and loving staff!!! My mother was a resident in long term care at Bristol Rehab Center and Memory Care. She had the most wonderful roommate and she just adored the staff there so much. She was very well taken care of. Mom was treated so kindly and with respect. Many times when I would visit my mother, the wonderful CNAs would be in visiting her . When it was time for Mom to pass, I watched as so many members of the team would come in and sit by Mom’s bed and just hold her hand. Thank you. That meant so much to me. I will always be grateful. -Lynn Compton

My mom has received excellent care here. The nursing staff are knowledgeable and caring. Any issues are addressed immediately. I cannot say enough good things about the therapy department. They are knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She had a broken hip and is progressing well. Tasia in Activities has found a special place in my mom's heart. She loves doing the morning exercises. Highly recommend. Again, of course there are going to be some slip ups especially at first but managment helps to clear those up immediately.

Memory Care is fabulous...5 stars for sure. Thank you for your loving and compassionate care! LTC is a nightmare. I have placed my mom on a wait list at another facility and would bring her home today if it was humanly possible to do so. I don't ask for much...just brush Mom's teeth, changed her into PJs at night and don't stick her in bed at 5pm and leave her there all night. I have talked POLITELY to managers about these SIMPLE REQUESTS for the past 9 months and mom still does not receive adequate BASIC CARE. it appears that I will never be able to trust that mom will be adequately cared for in her final days, but hopefully someone else will read this and think twice before placing their loved one in this facility. I know some of the staff and administration personally and have hesitated to post my distrust of the facility due to alienating them ...but I'm beyond disgusted at the lack of accountability. I'll continue to pursue all avenues to ensure mom's safety and basic needs are met, and those you who are guilty of not caring properly for your patients should be ashamed of yourselves.
