This place doesn't even deserve one star. If you care about a family member I wouldn't recommend this Keystone Cop facility. They talk the talk. Extremely rude staff. My dad was only there for 3 or 4 days which was way to long. It's all about money. They don't care about the patient, no compassion whatsoever.

I’m leaving the four stars because the staff is working hard and deserve credit for that. With that said though it’s very concerning to me that residents seem to be neglected due to staffing issues especially on the weekends. I have several concerns and would urge families to really try to make it work at home for your loved ones because no nursing home is a happy place no matter how hard the small amount of staff try. We need to fund our elderly care programs better so they can afford the help required to take care of our loved ones.

I was with my mom - Gerry Green (and Bill!) from about 3-6:45 or so today 10/8 and I was so impressed with everyone who I interacted with. Mike was the gentleman but I’m sorry I didn’t get the little gal’s name. They were so sweet and caring and I could tell mom enjoyed them both! Thanks very much for everything.
