What the heck? I just saw this facility on the news. They are about to get their funding yanked from them if they don’t get this place together.👀
If I could give this place a no star I would. I have been trying to move my uncle out of here for months and the communication is horrible. It seems as if they are just trying to keep his check coming in. The inside of this facility has to be one of the nastiest places I’ve ever entered into. If you go on the floors where the residents are at it looks like mold in certain area. The elevator is even disgusting. What are they doing with the money the residents are paying to stay here. The rats inside this place is ridiculous. I had to buy my uncle a tote just to keep the rats from eating up his clothing. This is truly sad. I’m tired of calling and stopping by just to be told administration is gone for the day or not in the office. No one has answers.
This place is absolutely horrible. There are Roaches, Rats and bed bugs. The staff attempted to gaslight me several times saying "rats and bugs don't carry disease but let us know if you get bit." There are large holes in the walls and nothing works how its supposed to. This place needs to be condemned!
My son lives there and I visit often the receptionist us wonderful and helpful staff is pleasant at all times
This place has made a change for the better, my son has been in this facility for five years and i can honestly say that I am happy in the directions that the facility is going in.
