I don’t know if there are enough words to describe my love of this place. My dad was her a few years ago and passed, the staff was compassionate and caring in every detail. Now my step-mom is here and because of the staff she is so well cared for. Again, the compassion for their job and their patients is unmatched. Thank you and God bless this staff.
There are some people in the world who go to work, do their jobs and go home. Others take those jobs to whole new level entirely. If you have parents or relatives who need constant care, and you are constantly at work and cannot be with them – you can use the services of a nursing home. Here they are surrounded by attention, kindness, affection. They will be warm, clean, and fed. The nursing home is always clean, comfortable, no smell. I am very grateful to the entire team for their hard work, patience, kindness, affection.
My mother was recently placed at Maple Woods Manor and I am in awe of how amazing this facility is to their residents’ and residents’ families! The transfer was seamless as the staff handled all insurance and financials ASAP as she was placed at a terrible facility prior. My sister and I have had her at (3) different facilities and this facility blows others out of the water. When I say every staff member regardless of their position is friendly and helpful is an understatement. My mother is totally dialed in on her medications, diet preferences, hygiene, and comfort. Maple Woods Major has turned the most stressful event into the most positive experience, and I would recommend them to everyone I know!
Great place to bring a loved one! You will be leaving with a peace of mind knowing your loved one is well taken care. Friendly staff, great management, awesome activities to keep your loved one busy. Therapy is top notch as well.
The Maple Woods Manor serves nice warm food and will adjust the menu to your needs and desires. The CNA staff are friendly while taking care of our needs. They will fetch our water, ice and snacks throughout the day. Many work above and beyond their job descriptions to care for us, mainly because they are understaffed and need to pick up the slack left them by not having enough help. Unfortunately this is the case at most nursing homes. I feel safe and secure and well taken care of. My needs have always been addressed. Activities are planned to find something entertaining for everyone to do, even people like me who are bedridden. So who can ask for anything more? Constant attention to out medical needs, warm delicious food, good TV and comfortable surroundings. I would recommend this place to anyone. However when I placed my mother in a nursing home it was elsewhere and their idea of physical therapy was sitting her in a wheelchair for five hours and not checking upon her. She had a bladder the size of a walnut so she sat in a puddle of pee all that time. I wouldn't place a dog there. She died later of a broken heart. This is the best place I've been and am still receiving the best of care.
