I had to spend 5 weeks here recently after a bad car accident. The nurses to the CNA’s are the kindest, most patient group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. OT and PT were kind and tried to make things fun….they all deserve a hand when I came to an older woman who couldn’t get out of bed or anything. Thank u for making a miserable.time decent and tolerable!!!😍😍
I'm in and out of long term care facilities all day. The team genuinely seems to care for their patients. They are open to what treatment is best and seem to go out of their way to make things happen. Hannah in particular coordinates many moving pieces even after the patient leaves the facility.
I work in Healthcare, so when my 89-year-old father fell and couldn't walk, I asked the rehab people I trusted to tell me where I should take him for help. They said that Mountain View Post Acute and their Head of Rehab, Jeff, were where they would send their family. The facility is not new, but it is super clean and well-maintained. The staff and leadership couldn't have treated us better. The room was large, and we were welcome to be there any time and for as long as we wanted. My mom could stay a couple of nights with him, and they brought her a recliner to get some sleep. When I looked at the reviews, there were some negative ones, but the center was bought a year ago, and every review since then has been good. They got my dad back on his feet; he is home now. I would trust this place for rehab for anyone.
This place is absolutely horrible. My mom’s needs were neglected on many levels. She died there almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t had anyone reach out with condolences or answers. I’ve requested her medical records and am being stonewalled. Someone there began making up lies about my family and tried to hold my mom’s final funds because supposedly someone on my family told them not to release it to me. In 2023 they lost their phone service and she had not been able to get or make phone calls for over a year. She was not given a pneumonia shot and she died of pneumonia. Don’t put your loved ones here
