This rehab facility is truly the best in the area. My husband has unfortunately needed rehab more than once, and after experiencing two other facilities nearby, I can confidently say this one stands out above the rest. The Physical Therapy department is outstanding. they not only push patients to reach their goals but do it with encouragement and patience. The nurses and aides are absolutely wonderful. They treat patients like family, always going the extra mile to make sure every need is met. They always had a smile on their face, were quick to respond, and genuinely compassionate. That kind of care makes all the difference when you’re going through something difficult. I wholeheartedly recommend this rehab over any others in the area. If you want a team that goes above and beyond this is the place to be. Thank you to the entire Compass team for making such a positive impact. We are forever grateful!

The care at this place was horrible. My mom was left in a room for hours a day ,before anybody came in to check on her or help her. Her medical problems got worse ,because there was no doctor available throughout the day or the weekends.. If you ask a nurse for help nobody knows anything. I had to beg them to give her medicine that she desperately needed . The dinner they gave her was a joke. It was a ham sandwich, one piece of ham, one piece of cheese stuck together with Greece on top of the bread and a bag of Lays potato chips. Meals there were just unedible. We ended up bringing her food ourselves. They did not have enough staff to take care of the patients they had. There was no working water in the bathroom that is used for the visitors. There was a mentally disturbed man walking around the hall and into everyone’s room at night with no clothes on! This was completely unacceptable and frightening to my elderly mother. my mother‘s health was declining there. Her being afraid to go to sleep at night was the last straw. I told them to make arrangements to release her when I was taking her home. since she was released and got the medical care, she’s so desperately needed. She has made a complete turnaround. I would not bring anybody. I love to this place.Beware a lot of reviews on here are from staff that work there. That is never a good thing, when you have to leave yourself a pat on the back.

My sister had a bed sore on her ankle no one knew anything about it until I said something . I sat in her room for six hours one day only a CNA came in I ask the nurse how often they came in to check on her she said just when ever. I came in one morning around 9 she was soaking wet and laying in poop she had a stroke and paralyzed on one side and was not able to get out of bed! This is not a good place for your loved one so many other things wrong there also go for a visit and u will see for yourself

I spent a month at Compass. I don't think they put their best foot forward when you first arrive. The physical therapists are top notch and so are the CNAs. The food was also wonderful.

My mother-in-law needed Rehab. Instead of getting to a point where she could walk again they put her in wheelchair and took away her walker. Leaving her to go to a Nursing Home. The rehab told us they could transfer her to Nevada to be near family. Instead they put her in a facility in South Carolina 1.5 hours from any family. She has no one to visit her on regular basis.
