Went in to inquire about pricing. Sat in lobby 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me. It said 1st time visitors to check in at desk but no one was there. I understand people go on break but there was plenty of other people around. So then I call them. They wanted too much information to just answer some questions and said they don't really answer questions over the phone. I hung up on her but I did call her back to inform that I had been in the lobby. No reason to give name and number to inquire on pricing when there was no availability anyway. Otherwise beautiful facility.
My Mom has been at Wellbrook of Crawfordsville for over three years now, and she loves it! I no longer worry about my Mom, because the staff takes great care of her. Anytime there is a change of any kind I get a phone call! Everyone knows her name, and when I push my Mom down the hall to go to the cafeteria or physical therapy, or just play cards I feel like I’m in a parade. Everyone says hello to her and uses her name(Fancy Nancy). I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here! My Mom truly feels loved by the staff, and THAT makes me very happy!!!
I cannot say enough great things about this facility. From housekeeping, dietary, staff, physical therapy activities and people coming to sing and petting zoo for the residents.they also take residents on little day trips in a van.they truly care fir their residents here. I call it the Four Seasons hotel of assisted living. They also have a skilled nursing section which is also top notch.the building and the landscaping is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place for you're loved ones in crawfordsville Indiana. Also there is plenty of wildlife to see and enjoy. My Aunt is in good hands here. Trilogy company is doing it right. Wish they were in southern Indiana and in Florida.
I can not say enough good about Wellbrooke Crawfordsville. Missi Patton, the social worker is amazing. She immediately made us feel like family. Dad went through a rough road, but Wellbrooke got him back on the right path! I can’t remember everyone’s names, but you all were great! Missi even walked us out, and gave my dad and myself a hug. I can’t recommend this place more. I’ve lived in a city in Indiana much larger, and never have I seen this care and compassion.
My children's stepmother was released from here after rehab care (Ms Rose) and couldn't stop raving about the care she received here. She had a largely positive experience, minus a few interactions with one particular nurse. Pros: Excellent food, mostly caring staff Cons: One belligerent/rude nurse/CNA, slightly uncomfortable bed.
