**edit to my review - once all this was stated about their facility, they approached my grandmother and questioned who I was. And suddenly she needed to be out of her room by 8am one day because they were "deep cleaning / doing maintenance" in her room since the State was apparently coming in for their aduit. Nothing was fixed in the restroom, as stated and the room didn't appear to be deep cleaning or smell clean. She was called by Charlotte and told she was going to be marked 'non compliant" because she wasn't returned by 2pm & they'd be sending her home with no equipment," when the sign on her door stated between the hours 1pm - 5pm and that was also verbally instructed to my Mother...then, they called and stated have her back by 6:30pm, so she could have her x-ray done (only took them 2.5 weeks to get that taken care of)...when my Mother left her at 8pm, NO x-ray had been completed...it was finally done later that evening or next day; not sure which one. My grandmother / mother said if all it'd taken was a google review to make them do their jobs, she'd had me visit sooner. Again - save your family the disappointment and go elsewhere, if you're given the choice! The only thing good about it, is that it was convenient to our home. ** My grandmother has been in this facility for rehab services. The rehab has helped her, but she’s still having issues with one leg - as we’re trying to have them X-ray it because they told us that could be done on site. After a week of eating the exact same thing - three times a day, she finally said something and I think one or two things got changed up; if that. She referred to it as “dog food,” and that’s definitely what her lunch looked like one day. She called my mother crying one evening because the dinner they provided. She requested salad - it was all wet and nasty. We ended up providing her dinner that evening. When I went to visit her - I was shocked; the receptionist didn’t even know what way to tell us to go to find her room; thankfully we knew because of our mother. And when we were checking in, they were looking for a “lost” resident. Got into my grandmothers room - so dark, depressing and out of date! There isn’t a clock or a picture on the wall in resident rooms, unless they’re long term and their family has provided it. The medical equipment is old, rusted and busted up; along with their floors, ceiling and bathroom. They could do some more renovations. The staff aren’t friendly, not a one smiled or said “hello” as we passed them in the hall way or when they came into the room. One lady came into the room and said “we switched. I am (name) and as she walked off said if you need me, just call.” Not a hi, hello, or even anything as she entered the room. Took 10-15 minutes for a nurse / CNA to come the room when ring for…during the night time shift, my grandmother says they never come to help her. She’s had to help herself go to the bathroom. It’s evident majority of their patients are older / end of life and don’t have a clue what is going on - which is very sad, because the lack of care is evidently poor at this facility. One day they took her the garden and just left her there for awhile, alone - which is not safe for her condition. My grandmother worked in a nursing home / rehab for 25+ years and KNOWS what goes on in those walls and refuses to be treated that way and as a family we won’t stand for it. Save your family the disappointment, if you’re able and get them into another facility. I’ve attached photos to show you how run down their facility is.

My mother was at Eden Springs for rehab. The therapy team was very effective at learning what was important to my mother and used those tools to make my mother’s therapy enjoyable to her. ARNP Sarah and Dr. Perkins spoke to my mother and family in ways that you can understand what is going on. Staff kept family informed and up to date on any changes.

My Mom was in Eden Springs for a few months before she passed. The facility isn't fancy or "state of the art" or however you'd phrase it. In my experience it's very clean and the food is good (according to my Mom). As I said, my Mom was only there for 2 and a half months. When she passed I was understandably very upset and nurses gravitated towards me to console me. They hugged me, told me what a joy my Mom was, and offered their condolences. The front desk secretary was super apologetic and compassionate, Roxanne is amazing and she worked tirelessly to find a way that Mom could stay there long term so she would have access to round the clock care. I will forever be grateful that we chose Eden Springs. I don't know if there's any other place that would've shown as much compassion, respect and empathy towards my whole family. She wasn't treated like a patient or a room number. She was treated like a human being. Oh and PT & OT were fantastic. My Mom's memory and mobility improved consistently while doing therapy.

My mother-in-law was there, horrible place! Liars, rude nurses, unsanitary, they dropped her several times because of using wrong equipment, and the food🤢🤮. She has now been moved elsewhere. Thank goodness for her sake. The nurses are more worried about gossiping about the drama in each other's lives then taking care of patients. M-I-L had to potty took them 45 minutes to come and only came because I went to their nurse station and interrupted their gossip session of another employees living situation laughing and cutting up. Very unprofessional! So glad to never go back their!!!!

Regular medical check-ups and consultations ensure that residents' health conditions are closely monitored and managed effectively. Beyond the clinical aspects, the center also excels in creating a vibrant and engaging community. Residents are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities and social events, which significantly enhance their overall well-being. The sense of camaraderie and support among residents and staff is truly heartwarming.
