My moms rehab ar Dove West was a very pleasant experience for her. The entire staff went out of their way to make her time with them a positive and rewarding time for her. Her surgery was a complete success because of the great care she received from the nursing staff and rehab department at Dove. She always tells me that when she needs a full time nursing home that there is only one place for her, and that is Dove West. Great Job!!

Dove West- Wow what a great staff. They are caring and passionate. They took excellent care of my mother. Excellent in every step from welcome reception to the care giving. The staff works hard to meet the needs of there residences and families.

My mother, Dolores Olynick, spent weeks at Dove West and had a wonderful experience. She had many accolades for the competent staff. She felt the Dove West team was very friendly and professional. She is a very social person and appreciated their continual compassion and connection. Her medical and therapeutic care was excellent. She was released with a smile on her face feeling much better than the day she arrived. Dove West is the Best! Diane Kornesczuk

Ok. So my wife is literally at the tail of a two week stay here. Let’s start with what I feel are some realities. This is a tough time for healthcare in the US. Staffing is impossible. Funding is low.. but I have to say, these people are doing the very best they can with the resources they have. Is the building a bit older and needs an update? Sure! But it’s adequate and you can see they are trying to keep it clean . Is it perfectly balanced in care ? Maybe a bit slow, maybe a lot of newer workers. But all in all I felt each and every time these people had my wife’s best interest at heart and approached her with compassion . When the most important person in your life finds themselves in an institution , it’s scary. I count myself fortunate that my wife was cared for here. Care I could not give her on my own. Let’s start with kindness. Let’s start with empathy. Let’s be honest and try to recognize that we are all going through this together., we want to thank each and every care giver here . Thank and celebrate them. ❤️

My brother, Jeff, is here in the Reflections unit on hospice. He has been here a week and his passing is imminent. The nursing and hospice staff here are wonderful! I can't say enough to express my gratitude for their care! The accommodations, too, for family members is just what we needed at this time: a comfortable guest suite, a hot shower, and a family room kitchen complete with coffee and food items to help sustain us while we say goodbye to our loved one.
