Severely understaffed and what staff there is is extremely overworked. With absolutely no appreciation or help from management. Food, living conditions poor. I personally would never bring a family member or loved one to this facility. Even being understaffed is not an excuse for the low quality of care.

Seen pills dropped on floor and nurse picked then up and still gave to patient. Nurse gave a shot to wrong patient. The person carrying water glass to a patient had finger in glass
