My grandmother was here for rehab after her surgery. The nursing staff was amazing!! They were so attentive, and really stayed on top of her care for the duration of her stay. The facility is always clean and has no smells. Everyone was always smiling and pleasant. I would recommend definitely recommend.

This is Mom’s third facility and I’m pleased so far !! Any concerns that I have are addressed immediately! The staff is always friendly and ready to answer questions or direct you in the right direction if they can’t answer or help you with what you need .It’s always clean and smells fresh when I’m there and that’s been quite often and new renovations make it even more pleasing to the eye. However I wish they had more engaging activities and trips for the residents , hoping that this will be a future plan of the facility! And to top it all off The Director of nursing is always going above and beyond to make sure the residents and staff and taken care of to the best of her ability from what I see . My family and I are Happy with our decision.

My father has been a resident at The Manor for more than 6 months . I can honestly say I’m very disappointed in how things ended for us . My dad went into hospital through premier hospice which was recommended by this facility . The Friday before Fathers Day they started giving him morphine every 3 hrs he NEVER complained of pain was not restless he did have a fever and some faint breathing . By Sunday he had received 80 mg of morphine NO ONE ever told me this medication would be given to him . Father’s Day my Dad went to sleep and never woke up again . So , if you love your family please only drive pass this location and pray for the people inside that God will take care of them and not the people inside . I pray that these leaders n, nurses and doctors sleep well at night knowing what they do daily is honorable in Gods eyes . Especially , the one over records her attitude is terrible she shouldn’t be allowed in public let alone working with sick people families

As a critical observer of healthcare, I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible care, compassion, and commitment demonstrated by the team at The Manor. The administrator, Carla Dillard, is nothing short of outstanding. Their dedication to ensuring that every resident feels valued and respected is apparent horizontally. It's rare to find leadership that goes beyond just managing the day-to-day; Carla takes the time to genuinely know each resident, their families, and is always available for any concerns. The compassion they show towards both residents and their families is unparalleled. In these challenging times, where healthcare is constantly evolving and many nursing homes are facing difficulties, this team continues to rise to the occasion. Despite national challenges, including shifts in long-term care and changes in the healthcare landscape—the leaders and the staff—who are dedicated to service, go above and beyond each day. This nursing home also serves a vital role in supporting the underserved, and they do it with grace and resilience. It’s not just about providing a place to live, but about creating a warm, loving environment where individuals can thrive.
