My grandmother received exceptional care at Fitchburg healthcare. The staff were kind, attentive, and truly compassionate, always making sure she was comfortable and safe. The facility is clean and welcoming, and they kept our family informed and involved every step of the way. We’re so grateful for the care she received and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones
I never give reviews but today I feel like I had to because I’m a CNA myself. Never in 1 million years thought that we would drop off our grandfather to this facility and eight days later he’s dead. We had a 95 year old man that was still making his bed And eating and walking around with no help to go in there for a day because VA gave us a break so we can go on vacation and we trust these people to take care of him and they gave him Medication that he was allergic to also gave him the double dosage of cholesterol medication was Dehydrated also they change catheter bag when it wasn’t even needed, and it was changed the day before. He gave it excellent physical the day before we admitted him all the sudden this man is dead !! Please I do not advise anyone to bring their love to this facility. They do not care they are inhumane. From the blood family , sincerely Mary sue blood who lost her father and I his grand daughter
CNA needs to do their jobs lazy people who don't want to do their job my mom is in the nursing home she literally just got out the hospital and she ask for help to go the bathroom the nurse told her to pee herself and they would clean it up after and still haven’t cleaned it up like what the hell even if you were to clean it up you should never tell your client to pee themself do better and get staff don't work for that type of job if you don't like it this needs to be reported and no answer when i call
Some of the CNA's at this facility are lazy they ignore call lights and they also ignore the residents request, because of this the good CNAs end up leaving or want to leave. Staff and visitors feel that the upper management including the director of nursing lack communication and are ill- mannered. Also this post mentions private rooms, the only time you will be given a private room is under certain circumstances, other than that it's 2 to 4 in a room. Many residents are unhappy with the care they receive and feel like their voices are not heard. These are a few facts I'm sure there's plenty more. Feel free to comment!
