I am an outpatient here for OT and PT therapy. They have help change my life for the better, I’m stronger and more independent than I thought I could be since my flare up. This staff is extremely awesome, Sunni (PT) is amazing, she supports and challenges me every session. McKenzie (OT) is amazing, another great person who works hard and helps me get through the tough situations that I didn’t think I could handle. Lee (PT) is wonderful, another great person and super supportive. This group does not make you feel like just a patient. All around this team is one of the best around.

My mom was at Live Oak Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for a short time after a hospital stay. The care there is great. The physical Therepy helped my mom tremendously. When she was went home, she was stronger than she had been in years. Sunni and Lettie were the best.

Sometimes when you walk into a nursing and rehab center, you are overwhelmed by the depressing atmosphere. This is far from true for Live Oak Nursing and Rehabilitation. It is very welcoming and professional. Its amenities are too many to mention. All the employees are kind and caring. There are activities planned for the residents. It is a wonderful place to be.
