My mother Diane Hernandez was a resident here for a little bit She had a good experience here. The staff were really nice. They tended to her needs and the caseworkers there were understanding and communicative. This was the best place. My mom’s ever been to. she had a good experience here. I would definitely recommend this place again.
The physical therapy team at Palm Valley post acute has been amazing, but I especially want to recognize Chad, one of the therapists. He’s been nothing short of incredible throughout my recovery. Chad has a way of making therapy feel less intimidating—he’s encouraging, patient, and always brings positive energy into every session. He takes time to really understand his patients and what they’re going through, both physically and emotionally. You can tell he truly cares and takes pride in what he does. Chad is professional, knowledgeable, and always knows how to push just the right amount without overwhelming you. My progress wouldn’t have been the same without him. If you or someone you care about is in need of rehab, ask for Chad. You’ll be in great hands.
Brennan and the other therapists I have worked with have all impressed me with their professionalism and their ability to make even the most routine and boring exercises fun. While I have been in other therapy centers none has the most modern equipment, and the ability to show you how it works than Palm Valley Post Acute. While I have been to many other facilities in the area Palm Valley outranks them all. Best therapy team around and I would highly recommend them to your loved ones!
