Assisted Living at Waterford Crossing is an excellent option for those unable to live independently. My dad was there from late October, 2023 until he passed this summer. The registration process was smooth, helped by Alex and her supportive and upbeat personality. The staff all knew by dad by name and him feel welcomed and cared for, despite the challenges he brought with him. He found community and friendship there in his last years of life, and that community was created and fostered by the excellent staff at all levels: admin, nursing, aides, food service, cleaning, etc. I haven't mentioned the facility itself, which includes views of a pond, a gazebo by another pond, a long porch with rocking chairs (where my dad loved to sit), several gathering rooms for the residents to read and socialize, and more. I highly recommend WC AL.
Our parents absolutely love being at The Residence of Waterford Crossing! The staff is exceptional and put their residents as top priority in all areas of care. The food is excellent and we never have to worry about them getting enough care and attention. Thank you to all the staff! You are truly amazing!!
I have always been impressed by the workers and care my parents got in AL. They lived in AL 4 years. They have since move to the nursing side. I feel like they get lots of individual care. My Dad has since passed and now they love on Mom knowing she misses him. I appreciate the workers! They really care for the residents. I tell everyone it is a great place to live.
My father has lived at Waterford Crossing for one year. He loves his apartment and the staff could not be nicer. I have peace of mind knowing he is with caring people and surrounded by friends. TL
In late March 2025 I contracted a Septic Knee. After 5 days in the hospital I went to Waterford crossing for 60+ days for IV antibiotic treatment and daily physical therapy. The facilities and Staff are AMAZING! I received excellent care from the nurses, support staff, culinary, end especially the physical therapist(s), Way too many to mention here, but you all know who you are. I told you then and I will tell you now... YOU ARE ALL-STARS. I must mention the food. Phenomenal !!! Never Bland. Great food options not expected at a care facility. Ice Cream (4 choices) 24/7. Anyone in need of short or long term care should only consider Waterford Crossing!!
