Worse ER I have ever been to. Both myself and one of my friends have been here on separate times together and we were not treated with respect and not cared for right. My friend had to ask to be bandaged up after being lanced, and barely had anytime to adjust to being cut while the doctor just stared and said, “Well this will be one of the worse pains you will have experienced.” Do not go here whatsoever, not only willthey treat you like you’re worthless, but they will also lie on the documents they give you.
MHHS in Grantsvile treated me for a UTI and a stomach virus on 10/26/25-10/29/25 I was ALLWAYS treated with respect by the Doctors, Nurses, and staff there. The Nurses were very nice and helped me alot! My fav was Catlin on 4th floor. The food was great also! I would highly recomend this hospital to anyone who needs treated.take care ladies and Dr. S! 🥰
Joke of a hospital and healthcare system as a whole. Forget even getting your records from them. They need to fire the girl doing records she is unprofessional, rude, horrible attitude, and arrogant. I wasn't able to even explain what I needed because she apparently had no medical knowledge not even enough to understand who or what I needed it for and laughed on the phone at me over it. Hire competent and professional employees maybe it would be more than a bandaid clinic.
Please help people in severe pain. West Virginia's opioid crisis is not everyone else's fault. We're being accused of being potential addicts, therefore we suffer horribly. Please use better judgement. Edit: They let me leave after telling them I want to commit suicide. This place doesn't care about you at all. Go to Spencer.
Came to tour the place with my grandmother and my mom. Place was very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. I can see my grandmother being happy here.
