Staff and especially the director here is disrespectful and rude. I had the worst experience with them While visiting a good friend of Mine who unfortunately resides at this place. I even observed the staff being not very kind to my friend. I am praying for all the residents here. Would not recommend this place.

The cooks don't know jack squat. They cross contaminate their cooking utensils, throw perfectly good food away without asking, they are rude, they don't care if they're in the way and loves to take over your job. They also don't know how to clean up after themselves. Let alone clean up properly. I wouldn't be surprised if their residents ended up sick because of them. I pray their residents don't get sick.

One nurse told us she was afraid to get vaccinated and wouldn't do it and nurses walk around with their noses uncovered and after asking for water for a patient we were told we had to wait till shift change 15 minutes away. 30 minutes later we had to get the water ourselves. This is a pathetic excuse for a care provider. This is the sorriest excuse for a nursing home i have ever seen. The help is toxic.

This place needs a walk thru by our governer as well as the heads of Medicare. If you have family there and you think they are in good care you really should take a moment and ask your loved one how they are being treated and if they feel like they are getting the care they need and when they say no please beleive them.. The state needs to open an investigation on how are tax money is being wasted at this facility and shut it down and send our people to a place our elders deserve to be cared for in a kind compassionate manner that they basically have worked and earned and paid to have good care when they reached the point of needing it not in the way they are getting it here

Both the residents and staff are very kind, courteous and respectful of others and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The cna's are quick to respond to those who actually need their help.
