My brother has been a resident at HHR almost 3 months. He is doing great! The staff are kind, compassionate, caring and assure that his needs are met. I am thankful that we chose HHR for my brother as a long-term care facility. There was much debate in the beginning but I am sure we made the right decision as to his long-term residency. The admissions staff made his admittance easy and hassle-free and the greeters at the door are always smiling and so friendly. The facility is always clean with pretty decor. No regrets.

My mother is at Hartwell Health and Rehab. Her mind is good, so she can really understand what is going on down there. She has problems walking and standing so she in a wheelchair all the time. She really likes the lady name Melinda that is over actives down there she can color, play bingo, and cooking with Melinda is really fun, they done pizza the other day so that helps make her day go by fast. She likes the singing when people come down there also.

I try to visit my aunt whenever in town. The staff is always pleasant and professional. The facility is clean and seems to really take care of their patients! They seem to do really great activities for the community. My family and I had just missed an Easter egg hunt when we arrived.

Although this is my first visit, initially walking in you’re greeted with a smiling face. The birds are a great touch in the entry way. The staff have been very helpful. This unfortunately is my mom’s second stay in a rehab facility and already this is a much better experience than the first time.

Has gotten worse instead of better. Dirty! Rooms in desperate need of vents cleaned, ceiling tiles stained and old from olw water leaks, rooms haven't had new paint in years. Theft has gotten bad. Patient gifts, phone, tv remotes and belongings stolen. Patient snacks/candy eaten by staff. Overheard employee walking down hall saying this job makes you that way as if it was meant to be heard.
