My Mom has been in this Life Care facility for one year! I was really sceptical on taking her to any place but when we heard about Life Care Center, it was a different story! First of all, the Director of the Facility is Sheri Boyles! She has been my Best Friend since High School and still is! She made the transition so easy! She helped me with all the paperwork that need to be filled out, she answered all my questions that need to be answered snd the important thing was : My Mom knew her so that made it soo much easier! The facility is cleaned the Nurses are soo nice in fact every employer there made us feel soo welcome when Mom started and they still do! Mom loves Life Care Center! She says the nurses treat her like a Queen that says a lot! They make sure she has everything she needs! The important thing she always says is: She Feels Safe! Mom loves Sheri! We are very pleased on the way everything is at Life Care Center! To have a nice Facility and have everything run great there , you have to have a good Director: and that Director is Sheri Boyles! I highly recommend Life Care Center!

My sister Mary Beth was admitted to Life Care Center of Hilton Head the same week that Sheri Boyles began as executive director. What great timing for us! Sheri has been a responsive and compassionate person, always quick to reply to emails and to take care of requests. She is a kind and capable executive, and a warm individual. Plus, she has wonderful treats in her office! It's a pleasure to know her.

As always my visit to LifeCare went well. I have no scheduled visit times, I pop in at different times & on different days of the week and the facility is always clean, bright and with lovely seasonal decorations! The staff with whom I have interacted are positive and attentive to their patients! I give LifeCare an A++

They treat my mother wonderful there and she loves all of her nurses and the staff.. she always tells me “I couldn’t be at a better place. They take such good care of me here.” Also, they keep me informed of anything that happens and when I should be notified, they call me right away. We made a great decision putting her there.
