After my uncle was discharged from Pali Momi, finding a rehabilitation center that truly prioritizes the health and well-being of their patients was one less thing to worry about, thanks to Avalon. Their knowledgeable nurses and nurse aides took great care of him, and especially the dietitian for providing the proper nutrition for my Uncle. The list of things to thank them of can go on and on, but let me end it by expressing gratitude towards the admission office for making the whole experience a walk in the park. Overall, I would highly recommend Avalon for anyone who is seeking the need of a skilled nursing facility.

Friendly staff from social services to nursing. All of them were very helpful. Facility itself was clean and cozy. Only complaint would be visitor parking. It was limited and had to double park. Other than that it was great stay for my mom who needed therapy after her fall.

My mother was at this center, and I want to thank all the staff for their amazing care. They treated her with patience, kindness, and so much respect. Their warm hearts and professional support made a big difference for her and for our family. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this place to anyone. ❤️

My grandma stayed here for about a month. The workers were really nice and professional. They always showed that they were concerned about her wellbeing and ours. Its great to know that this place exists. You’ll never know when you need a place like this. Her room and the common areas were always clean. The admission person was nice from day 1 to the staff helping on her day of discharge. No issues at all!!!

I was only at Avalon for a short period but it was pleasant. Comfortable rooms, food was good and the staff was awesome. Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable and caring. I mean everyone, and a shout out to Nia who went above and beyond, all the nurses and CNA's, too many names to remember or list but you know who you are. If you choose Avalon for you or your loved one you can rest assured that you're in good hands.
