The contact form on our website doesn't work. I emailed the administrator and got no reply. Left a phone message and they never returned my calls. Called back a week later to schedule a tour. When I arrived on the agreed-upon date and time, the only person available was the housekeeping supervisor who knew nothing about admissions. The website shows a sample room with a single bed however when I visited they told me they had no single beds in the facility at all. All rooms are shared occupancy. When I called to schedule a tour I told the woman I was looking for a skilled nursing facility for myself. Her initial response was, "Who told you you needed skilled nursing?" I found that to be very condescending. I make my decisions for myself and no one TELLS me to go to an SNF. This was probably the most difficult decision I made in my life and I don't want to be treated like an incompetent who has to be told about my own needs. Otherwise, it looked like a nice place. I have no evidence suggesting the patients are not treated well. But the administration sure lacks something.
A wonderful place!!! Great staff and lovely residents. This building is always looking good and the music you hear when you hit the door is just simply relaxing and makes it feel like home!

Horrible place to rehabilitate from something traumatic after being mauled by a dog I went there at first is was ok but they don't understand trauma will instigate you when emotionalinstead of having compassion a lot of the nurses and aides are rude really dont like their job only there for a paycheck when I wasn't able to wash up on my own or use the bathroom some half ass wash u and wipe u wrong hit the call like when I pooped in my diaper and waited 45 mins still no one so I took it off n put it on the floor not sitting in a shitty diaper for over an hour and I'm high functioning I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place if you been through trauma and need to rehabilitate I had a way better experience at Wildwood healthcare center on the Eastside then alpha homes
Im so thankful for Alpha Home. The facility always considers my needs and offer optimum solutions. Highly recommended for you and your family ❤️
